About Dena Anderman

 I am an accomplished villages area real estate agent who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process.  Drawing from years of experience with my own property management company, I have built a reputation as a dependable yet friendly with customer service & proven ability to make all financial transactions smooth & stress-free.

A resident of the villages for the last 9 years, I have extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods & what the area has to offer. I received my bachelor’s degree in 1991 from Central Washington University in Law & Justice. After working for 25 years for the State of Washington in human relations, I moved to the villages to oversee my own personal investment properties. I then started my own property management business, Anderman-Can Property Management, where I then got my real estate license. Becoming an expert in current financial options and local & national trends, & the subtle art of negotiating property purchases and sales, has taken time, but truly a must in the ever changing real estate market.

As an experienced agent, I understand that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life and views representation and guidance of my clients as a true privilege.  Without a doubt, with my skills and creativity. I will continue to be a highly sought out real estate agent.
